Zen and the Art of Making Almond Milk

I make almond milk almost everyday, and I’m amazed at how refreshing it tastes. And I’m 100% certain it tastes better than any cow’s milk or soy milk from the stores! And healthier!

Basic Ingredients

1 – cup of raw almonds
2 – pints of purified water

Instructions

Soak the almonds in water overnight in the fridge.

Drain water and put almonds in a blender.

Add 2 pints of purified spring water.

Blend! And watch it transform into almond milk!

Pour the almond milk into a container through a nut bag, cheese cloth or some form of strainer.
