The photo above is simply flax crackers with some fresh homemade salsa. I’ve been getting into salsa this past week. Eating it with jicama slices, flax crackers, kale chips. It’s quite refreshing!
My 100% Raw Food Journey
I have been so busy with a LOT of different things in my life, I’ve been neglecting this site and haven’t been keeping track of my daily raw food intake!
But, I assure you that it’s been pretty much the same faire. I’m usually pretty consistent with what I …
I was hoping to start this raw food diary at the very beginning of the year, but I was very tired after the New Year’s show, and one thing led to another and I just couldn’t find the time until now.

Dhrumil posted the above quote on Give It To Me Raw, and it’s been on my mind recently. Words of wisdom.
Happy New Year! Welcome To 2009!
For those of you who have been following a raw food lifestyle for most of 2008 I commend you. And Happy New Year! May we live well and prosper in 2009 eating more healthy, raw organic foods.
So, I’m starting off the New Year eating 100% …
