Hi Amie!

Well, I found your site through Google. I was searching for a recipe for raw mayonaise, and somehow your site was like in the top 4 for my particular search. Sorry, I forgot what exact search words were used, but I definitely used "raw" and "mayonnaise".

Anyway, I was able to make a BLT open-face sandwich with the fresh Raw Cashew Mayonnaise I made from your recipe. Mmmm mmmm, good! The BLT is broccoli sprouts, lettuce and tomato, with avocado and onions added too.

Thanks again for the recipe, and thanks for dropping by! :o)

Hi there! Thanks for your comment on my blog (amiablecuisine). It's in dire need of updating, but I kind of want to start with a clean slate as a lot has changed in my life. I'm in an undergraduate program in nutrition now at Bastyr University and have learned so much. The cashew mayo is definitely one of those high-fat, dangerously tasty, raw food winners. Hard to resist the urge to put it on everything! ;-)

Out of curiosity, how did you find my blog? I get very few hits since I haven't updated in so long, plus I have very few posts in the first place. The random comments that trickle in are making me want to bring it up to speed with my life now...
