The raw bread was purchased from Whole Foods, and it’s called "Sunflower Seed Bread" by Lydia’s Organics.
The raw cashew mayonnaise recipe was from Amie’s Amiable Cuisine blog.

After almost 60 days of being 100% raw vegan, I have realized that I was making a choice, and a commitment to myself to become more healthy and thus improve the quality of my life.

Salad and Flax Crackers with Garlic Dip
Here’s a pic of dinner tonight, which consisted of salad with coldpressed extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar. Also, I had some Herb Garden Flax Crackers by Matter of Flax with a very potent creamy raw garlic “paste” by Majestic Garlic.
Salad consisted of the following:
Various lettuce greens, radicchio, frisee, arugula, baby spinach, romaine lettuce.
Herbs: Dill, Cilantro, and Basil
Large Green Raw Olives
Cherry Tomatoes
Broccoli Florets

Confronting The Old Cravings
If you’re like me, you still may have some of the “old cravings” for cooked foods, locked away in the deep, dark recesses of your mind.
Having survived the holiday season of family gatherings, Thanksgiving turkey dinner, and that darned Christmas ham, I am fully aware that there is a part of me that craves the old ways and habits of eating cooked food.
