hello earthmother!

thank you. i have definitely been feeling that "increasingly more vibrant life" you've mentioned, yes!

it is "unfamiliar terrain" but the journey is an adventure too. my tendency is to stick with certain favorite foods, whether raw or not, so i must challenge myself to eat new foods, and eat a wide array of foods to ensure my adequate nutritional needs, same with any diet.

but interesting to note that when i wasn't raw, when i was a vegan, i wouldn't eat a balanced diet. which was my problem.

with going 100% raw, the chances are better that one eats healthier, and if we need certain key ingredients, whether it's vitamin B12, or certain amino acids, i now know where to get them through research and study.

it's a learning process, and we learn new things everyday. as long as there is that onward progression toward improving our lives...

Compared to you, I'm in the infancy of my raw journey. But, I have to agree, it really hasn't been a challenge. From day one, I never looked at it as a diet, but rather a lifestyle change that would take me to an increasingly more vibrant life. I know so many folks who have white-knuckled it or have just given up entirely. The biggest challenge for me as been learning to navigate my way through this very unfamiliar terrain, like being in a foreign land and not speaking the language.

It’s all about improvement and steady progression to find the perfect balance of eating healthy raw, organic, wholesome foods.

Amen!
